No customs charges on delivery.

Katana Corp prepays import duties, import taxes and standard customs clearance charges for every shipment we accept. You do not pay customs charges on delivery. If a carrier requests payment, contact us before paying; we will resolve the charge or reimburse a verified customs payment.

Will the courier ask me to pay anything at delivery?

Does the DDP coverage include brokerage and clearance fees?

Yes. Our DDP service covers import duties, applicable VAT/GST, and the standard brokerage/clearance fees handled by the logistics partner.

What if I have already paid a customs fee?

Send the official carrier receipt to our support team within 30 days of delivery. After verification, we refund the amount paid via your original payment method.

How do I know my destination is covered?

All shipments we accept use prepaid import duties and taxes. Australia and New Zealand are not available for standard online delivery. Before ordering, contact us with the government documentation authorizing import of your item. We must review the documents and confirm that shipment is possible before accepting an exceptional order. A document alone does not guarantee that we can ship.
