Does this include brokerage/clearance fees?
Yes. We cover duties, VAT/GST where applicable, and standard brokerage/clearance fees related to customs processing.
What if I already paid a customs fee by mistake?
Send the official carrier receipt to our support team and we’ll refund you in full.
