No Customs Fees

No surprise customs on supported routes.

Your checkout total is your final total. Through our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) logistics service, we pre-pay applicable import duties and taxes on supported routes so you are not asked for additional payment at delivery.

  • Checkout total = final total
  • DDP pre-paid duties
  • Receipt? We reimburse

What this means for you

  1. 1
Final checkout price. On supported routes, duties and import taxes are already included in the total you pay.
  2. 2
DDP shipping. Our logistics partner pre-clears duties and import VAT/GST before your parcel reaches your country.
  3. 3
Reimbursement if needed. If a courier still requests a customs payment by mistake, send us the receipt and we will refund the amount paid.

How DDP works

  1. 1
We forward your order to our DDP-enabled logistics partner.
  2. 2
Import duties, applicable VAT/GST and standard brokerage are pre-paid before customs clearance.
  3. 3
Your order clears customs in the background — no action required on your side.
Will the courier ask me to pay anything at delivery?

On supported DDP routes, duties are pre-paid by us before delivery. In the rare case a courier still requests a customs payment, decline if possible and send us a photo or copy of the notice — we review each case and reimburse any verified customs amount you had to pay.

Does the DDP coverage include brokerage and clearance fees?

Yes. Our DDP service covers import duties, applicable VAT/GST, and the standard brokerage/clearance fees handled by the logistics partner.

What if I have already paid a customs fee?

Send the official carrier receipt to our support team within 30 days of delivery. After verification, we refund the amount paid via your original payment method.

How do I know my destination is covered?

At checkout, the shipping option reflects the DDP service when available. For destinations outside the DDP network, applicable duties are itemized before you confirm the order, so the displayed total remains the final total.
