Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on each item’s size, weight, and the carrier you select.
All costs (including any carrier surcharges) appear before you confirm payment.

4. Pre-Orders

If your order mixes in-stock and pre-order items, we will hold all items and ship together by the pre-order cutoff date.
You’ll receive a single shipping confirmation email (with tracking) once your complete order departs our facility.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package has not arrived 31 business days after purchase, email us at contact@katana-corp.com with your order number and any tracking details.
We will open an investigation with the carrier and, where applicable, replace or refund your order per our Return & Refund Policy.
Inspect each package on delivery; report visible damage to both the carrier and us within 7 days to qualify for insurance claims.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, any redelivery, storage, or rerouting fees will be charged to you before reshipment.
