1. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
All fees (including carrier surcharges) are displayed prior to payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we are at fault or where required by law.
2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Processing time: 2–5 business days.

Orders ship directly from our Warehouse.

Customized or engraved items may require additional processing.
3. Estimated Delivery Times (Business Days)
Average delivery estimates (excluding customs delays):

Katanas and swords are considered bladed weapons. Customs authorities may conduct special inspections, which can add several days or weeks to the delivery timeline.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
4. Restricted Destinations & Legal Responsibility

Katana Corp does not ship to countries where importation of swords or bladed items is prohibited (examples: certain Middle Eastern, South American, and European jurisdictions).

The customer is solely responsible for checking local laws before ordering.

If an order is seized, destroyed, or returned by customs due to legal restrictions, no refund will be issued for shipping fees.

If the item is returned intact, we may refund the product price minus restocking/handling fees.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 40 business days after dispatch, contact us at 📧 contact@katana-corp.com with your order number and tracking.

Katana Corp will open a claim with our supplier and carrier in China.

Investigation timelines may take 15–40 business days depending on the carrier.

Resolution (refund or replacement) depends on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.
Inspect your package at delivery. Report visible damage to the carrier and Katana Corp within 7 days for insurance eligibility.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations
All Katana Corp shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
This means all import duties, VAT, and taxes are prepaid by us through our logistics partners.
Customers will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
Customs clearance is handled directly by our carriers. While rare, inspections may still occur, which can slightly extend delivery times.
7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or refusal:

Additional reshipping/storage fees apply.

Refunds (if any) exclude shipping fees.

8. Product Handling & Safety

All katanas are shipped securely packaged and oiled for protection.

Products are sold as collectible/display items only. Katana Corp accepts no liability for misuse after delivery.

We may update this policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting.
