Bleach / Ichigo
A geometric black guard, red details under the handle wrap and a slim silver blade give this Ichigo katana its character. The design takes its cue from Tensa Zangetsu's katana form, with the particular finish shown in our product photos.
The blade
This model has a polished silver blade, rather than the all-black blade often associated with Tensa Zangetsu. The listed steel is 1060 carbon steel, with full-tang construction and a sharpened edge. At 72 cm long, the blade follows a conventional katana silhouette rather than Zangetsu's oversized cleaver-like form.
The fittings
A black iron guard with a geometric design sits beside the gold-colored blade collar. Black cotton wraps the handle over red synthetic rayskin-style material, and a chain detail appears at the handle's end. The black lacquered wooden scabbard keeps the rest of the design restrained, letting the guard and red diamonds stand out.
Zangetsu is the sword associated with Ichigo Kurosaki in Bleach, and its appearance changes through the story. Tensa Zangetsu is its Bankai form, recognizable in its early katana design by a narrower blade and distinctive guard. This replica is inspired by that silhouette, with a silver finish rather than a claim to reproduce every on-screen detail.
